Bulgaria investors 'should use UK finance'

Investors hoping to buy a new property developments in Bulgaria should consider obtaining a mortgage in the UK in order to get a better rate, a new property developments in Bulgaria firm has stated.

One property developer said that although it is possible to get a Bulgarian mortgage, it is not easy to find a competitively-priced deal.

The director said that investors buying off-plan new villas developments in Bulgaria will not be able to get a mortgage from a Bulgarian bank, at least not until the new house developments in Bulgaria is at roof level.
